Developing globally-minded future leaders.

Model United Nations is an extracurricular activity that teaches public speaking, debate, research, and writing skills in a highly-interactive simulation of the United Nations. Students research and represent various countries from around the world at different conferences throughout the year. Students are put into committees that try to solve problems that the United Nations deals with. Afterwards, students write and debate resolutions and work together to enact change. This is a great activity for all those interested in international relations or for those wanting to grow in public speaking.

Our vision is for MUN students to gain the confidence and competence in debate and public speaking. This, along with the collaborative skills will help students become expert negotiators and learn how to accomplish things with others in the real world.
