Students have begun preparing their portfolios in preparation of upcoming student-led conferences “SLC’s”. All parents will come to school to meet with an advisory teacher and their child to learn about their first quarter progress. This is an important time for students to practice speaking to their parents and teachers in preparation for future interviews and work reviews leading up to senior presentations completed in 12th grade. Meetings will last approximately 15 minutes and if additional teacher discussions are needed parents are welcome to arrange a meeting time with that teacher anytime.
